An experience at The Reserve takes you on a roller coaster of texture, taste, and smells. Beginning with our alluring gardens, this garden-to-table journey helps you meander through the adventure from seed, to harvest, to the flavors of the bounty. Throughout the meal, Chef Matt Owen will channel the gluttony of locally sourced meat, eggs from our flock of hens, greens from our gardens, and honey from our buzzing bees into culinary exceptions that will surprise and delight.
First dinners of the season are now open. May dinners will be released on April 1. We have added a small sample of what the meal will entail. The full menu is a surprise for the evening and based upon what Chef Matt will be harvesting.
