Ethan Rice

After graduating from The University of Oklahoma with an Environmental Engineering degree, Ethan started working in corporate America. After five years of the grind, he realized the office life just wasn’t for him. Ethan was drawn to the farm to table experience hoping to gain a better understanding of the process of growing your own food from start to finish. When he is not at work, Ethan feels just as comfortable spending time outdoors or watching Star Trek with his dog, Shelly.

The garden beds are prepped and conversations of recipes and flavors vs. crops and timing start to happen.  Flexibility is key in bringing a Farm to Table experience. It requires flexibility from gardener, the Chef and the Guest.
